Pilots are hand selected based not only on their aptitude and general aviation experience, but even more so for their genuine personality. Your Erin Air Experience
1. Booking
Get a quote online using our estimator, and your flight coordinator will work with you via phone or online to find the best travel solutions for your needs! Our team is available 24/7 to provide you with information and even to secure a charter within hours of your call if needed!
2. Pre-Flight
Once your flight is booked, your flight coordinator will take care of all the details to ensure your trip is personalized and memorable.
3. Flight Day
This is your day! You will skip the frantic rushing, finding parking, and long lines at the airport. Your flight crew will be waiting for you upon your arrival to your departure airport, normally equipped with a comfortable lounge area and restrooms for your convenience. Generally, you can show up 10 – 15 minutes before your scheduled departure time and be onboard within minutes!
4. Boarding
Your flight crew will carefully load your luggage and escort you onboard and get you comfortable before takeoff. You will receive a safety briefing and can also ask your crew any questions, even peek at the cockpit if you have never seen one before! This is your flight!
5. Inflight
Whether you are flying for business or leisure, your inflight experience is tailored to your needs and your flight coordinator ensures your pilots are aware of all the plans made during your pre-flight planning process. Relax, and enjoy your time in the sky. It is common for our crew to check in on you during your flight and even refill your fur-baby’s water if needed.
