Aircraft Share Ownership
Intelligent Ownership™ extends beyond sole ownership. Share holders acquire a titled interest in a specific aircraft and receive the same benefits as a full owner: guaranteed access, charter revenue participation, transparent financials, and reciprocal fleet access across the Erin Air managed fleet. You are added to our FAA Part 135 certificate without equity transfer to Erin Air, meaning your asset remains yours.

Revenue When You Are Not Flying
When you are not using the aircraft, Erin Air markets it on the Part 135 certificate. Charter revenue offsets your fixed ownership costs including hangar, insurance, crew, and maintenance reserves. Monthly financial reporting keeps you informed, with full documentation available on request.
Reciprocal Fleet Access
Intelligent Ownership includes reciprocal access to other aircraft in the Erin Air fleet at preferred rates for equal or smaller category aircraft. Need a light jet for a short hop one week and a super mid for a longer mission the next? The fleet flexes with your schedule.
How Share Ownership Works
A share interest in an Erin Air managed aircraft gives you titled ownership of your portion, the same legal standing as owning outright, at a fraction of the capital commitment. Erin Air handles every operational detail: crew staffing, maintenance, insurance, hangarage, scheduling, catering, and charter marketing. When you fly, your rate is set at variable operating costs plus a regulatory percent. When you are not flying, charter revenue works to offset your share of fixed costs.
