Erin Air Terms and Conditions

1 Services offered

Erin Air provides private aviation services, including but not limited to aircraft charter, aircraft sourcing, flight coordination, and operational communications. Erin Air may operate flights directly or arrange flights through approved third party operators.

All services are subject to aircraft availability, operator confirmation, weather conditions, regulatory requirements, and operational constraints.

2 No guarantee of availability or pricing

All quotes, schedules, one way opportunities, and empty leg notifications are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute a binding offer.

Pricing, routing, timing, and aircraft availability are subject to change at any time prior to confirmation and execution of a charter agreement. Erin Air does not guarantee availability of any aircraft or flight.

3 Third party operators

When Erin Air arranges flights operated by third party carriers, those flights are conducted under the operating carrier’s FAA certificate and subject to that carrier’s terms, conditions, and operational control.

Erin Air acts solely as an intermediary and is not the direct air carrier unless expressly stated in writing.

4 Communications and notifications

By providing your contact information, you consent to receive communications from Erin Air, including email, phone calls, and text messages related to flight opportunities, scheduling, and operational updates.

Message frequency may vary. Standard carrier messaging and data rates may apply. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.

5 User responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when requesting services and to promptly respond to time sensitive communications. You are responsible for reviewing all flight details, quotes, and agreements prior to confirmation.

6 Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Erin Air shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of its services, communications, or information provided.

Erin Air is not responsible for delays, cancellations, schedule changes, or operational disruptions caused by weather, mechanical issues, air traffic control, crew availability, regulatory actions, or third party operators.

7 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Erin Air, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of Erin Air services or your violation of these Terms.

8 Intellectual property

All content, branding, materials, and communications provided by Erin Air are the property of Erin Air and may not be copied, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

9 Governing law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10 Changes to terms

Erin Air reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of Erin Air services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
