When Erin Air arranges flights operated by other direct air carriers, it does so as an air charter broker acting in the capacity of an agent for the charterer in accordance with 14 CFR Part 295. The identity of the direct air carrier in operational control of any brokered flight is disclosed prior to booking, and that carrier maintains full operational control of the flight.
